(서론) I believe there are some disadvantages of giving children weekly giving money.  

(본론) First of all, children can waste their money. Some children don’t have money management skills. When I was a child, I got an allowance from my parents. At that time, I didn’t realize the value of money and wasted all the money in purchasing junk food and comic books. I think it is worse when children got an unconditional allowance. Moreover, parents have to spend too much money for giving their children weekly giving money. Giving an allowance is not the best ways to improve children’s financial literacy so parents don’t have to waste too much money for weekly giving money.
