준비된 템플릿을 말해주세요.

Model Answer: 

This picture is taken at a meeting
room. The first thing I notice is a woman wearing casual clothes and putting
sunglasses on her hair. She is showing a portfolio and giving a presentation.
on the left, a man wearing a black formal suit is drinking coffee while
focusing on the presentation. Next to him, another woman with curly hair is
looking at the portfolio. On the right, two women are also concentrating on the
speaker’s speech. There is some office equipment on the table, and the color of
the wall on the left side is yellow. Overall, the picture looks calm and
peaceful. People are focusing on the presentation.

Well, my lunch starts at 12 o’clock
every day and it lasts about an hour. That is the typical lunch hours of Korean
work setting.

Well, if I have a chance, I would go

Oh, there are many places I recommend
for grabbing a bite at lunch break. One of the places is Libra restaurant, it
has a special deal for lunch break. The food is fresh and they serve various
food. The staff members are friendly as well. I recommend you a bowl of meat
noodle. It’s not pricy at all, and the portion is very big.

직원들에게 매뉴얼을 제공하세요 / 직접 전문가를 불러 안내를 하고, 손님들에게도 소개하세요.

(인사 및 문제 정리) Hello,
Ann, this is Mike calling you about the issue. According to your message, you
are worried that your staff members might not be able to sell your new mobile
phone due to the lack of the knowledge of the phone.

 (주 해결 방안 제시)
Well, why don’t you provide some manuals of
the essential features of the phone? Since we don’t have that much time to
cover all the features of the phone, we can at least give some special features
of the cell phone, so our employees can introduce to our customers.  

 (두 번째 해결 방안) Also,
how about inviting the specialists from the Mobile Phone Company and askingng
them to provide some short training program for our employees? If possible,
they can promote their own products to our customers directly, and the sale
will increase, I think.

Question 11. 구직자에게 둘 중에 ~ 가 더 좋은가요? (난이도 중상!)

직무 관련 정보를 알아보겠습니다.

1. 나의 직무를 정확하게 파악하여 내가 준비된 인재임을 알리고

2. 기업들은 특별한 질문들을 많이 하기 때문에 예상질문은 필요하지 않습니다.

Well, I think applicants should look
up the information about the job responsibilities before going to the
interview, and here are the reasons. (첫번째 이유)  First of all, companies are looking for the
candidates who are able to work on their tasks and accomplish the goal and
results. In order to do that, the company need to figure out if the applicant
is suitable for the certain job positions. In the interview, applicants need to
show that they are way better than other competitors. And showing their job
skills and abilities is very important. (두 번째 이유)
Also, nowadays, numbers of companies are trying to break the stereotype in
various office settings, and the interview is not very different. Lately,
according to the journals, many companies are asking candidates some
interesting questions instead of boring questions such as candidates’ dream or
history of the company. It is better to prepare witty answers for unexpected
questions. So, I think applicants should look up the information about the job
responsibilities before going to the interview.
