I have been working for a small sized company manufacturing some machine used in a factory. All employees are about 35 people.

Most main overseas customers are located in the developing countries such as India, Vietnam, Malaysia..

I am in charge of overall trading things. For example, export/import document handling, Email coresspondant, Translation..

Recently I am getting sick of my office and wanna to transfer job.

That's why I write on post here to summerize the pros and cons of it.

Pros.

- Working time is the biggest merit cause I have a 4 years-old baby who needs still my care.I only work 4hours by lunch time.

   So it is usually 2PM when I get home.

- Work is not boring and salary is not bad (1600만won for a year). There is no need to do chores for example coffee serving, answering calls..Femail workers will understand how annoying it is.

- Actually this is my weak point. I am 37years old and I know how hard it is to get a job these days.

- Boss is beliving my ability.

Cons.

- The biggest thing makes me annoyed is boss' son. It is company operated by boss' family. My boss' son is now the head of management team and he has higher position than I have even though I have the lots of educaiton grade and job experiences.

Also he doesn't have any work knowdgement. So he can't answer any question when the junior staffs in his team asked. Though, he never admit his mistake and even he always says it is your fault, criticizing his junior staffs. Almost all staffs in his team can't take him and leave the office within a year.I am the second person working for more than a half and year.

- The second biggest demerit is that boss and his sun are very stingy,but they often abuses a corporate credit cards for personal uses. Also boss' son gets 600만원 for monthly salrary.(it is much more salary than Senior manager gets. Boss' son is junior manager and he is only 32years old, no other job experience.) It makes me feel so unfair and sick.

Because they want me to take care of all duty related overseas stuff, but hire me as a part-timer. So I have to work overtime many times and even work throgh my email and messenger after I got home. 

- The main item of my company is going down and declining item and less competive than Japanese competitor in overseas market. So, boss' family sometimes give me stress as the overseas sales are not active, comparing with domestic's sales. 

But I can not completely understand because I am only part-timer and other domestic salesmen are 3 people who have high positions such as senior manager or general manager. Is it justified situation?

- The salary is not bad. But I think it is still under-estimated with my specification. I graduated a university located in Seoul and my major is Japanese literature. I am fluent in Japanese and good at handling English emailing and documents. But Englsih speaking is an upper intermediate level(can communicate in the casual conversation), but not fluent. And I have 7years work experiences in the same work field(trading).

Please give any advice for me whether it is better to remain here or to transfer to other company..
